Eligibility Criteria
Office Assistant
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Additional Qualification: One-year diploma in Computer Education.
Peon
- Educational Qualification: Passed Class VIII. Those with HSSLC or higher qualifications are ineligible.
Selection Process
For Office Assistant
- Written Test: 50 marks covering Assamese, General English, General Mathematics, General Knowledge, and Reasoning.
- Computer Skill Test: 20 marks.
- Personal Interview: 30 marks.
The final merit list will be based on the combined scores from the Written Test, Computer Skill Test, and Personal Interview.
For Peon
- Walk-in Interview: 60 marks.
The final merit list will be based on the performance in the Walk-in Interview.
How to Apply
1. Prepare Your Application: Fill out the Standard Form available in Part IX of the Assam Gazette. Include self-attested copies of all relevant documents such as age proof, educational certificates, caste certificate (if applicable), experience certificates, identity proof, and address proof. Attach two recent passport-size photographs.
2. Submit Your Application: Drop your completed application form and documents in the “Application Drop Box” located at the office of the District Legal Services Authority cum ADR Centre, Nalbari, during office hours.
3. Address Your Application: Send it to “District & Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Nalbari.”
4. Deadline: Applications must be submitted by 5 PM on August 8, 2024.
