Eligibility Criteria
Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defense Counsel
- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Criminal Law practice.
- Skills: Proficiency in legal research, ethical duties of defense counsel, and IT.
- Additional Requirements: Must have handled at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Courts.
Assistant Legal Aid Defense Counsel
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in Criminal Law practice.
- Skills: Strong communication, writing, research skills, and IT proficiency.
Office Assistant & Receptionist:
- Graduate with computer knowledge.
Office Peon:
- Passed Class VIII.
Selection Process
- Personal Interview/Viva-Voce: Candidates will be evaluated through a personal interview or viva-voce.
- Legal Positions: The assessment will focus on experience with criminal trials, legal research skills, and overall qualifications.
- Administrative Roles: Evaluation will include proficiency in relevant skills and knowledge.
