Eligibility:
Project Finance Consultant (PFC)
Educational Qualifications:
- Full-time Post Graduate Degree in Finance (PGDM/MBA – Finance) from a recognized university or college, either in India or abroad (excluding distance education).
- Alternatively, candidates can be qualified Chartered Accountants (CA) from ICAI or Cost and Management Accountants (CMA) from ICMAI.
Working Experience:
- Minimum of seven years of experience, with over five years in government and public sector roles focusing on finance, budget, and project management.
- At least two years of experience working directly or in close coordination with multilateral donor agencies, financial institutions, commercial banks, or financial regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in preparing PPRs, concept notes, accounting and financial reports, budget statements, and impactful presentations.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and working knowledge of Assamese.
- Proficiency with MS Office 365, Google Suite, and other internet-based cloud applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
Project Management Consultant (PMC)
Educational Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Management from a recognized university or college, as a regularly enrolled student (excluding distance education).
Working Experience:
- Minimum of seven years of experience, with over five years in government and public sector roles.
- Experience in preparing PPRs, concept notes, and preparatory activities for government projects funded by multilateral donor agencies or commercial banks.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and working knowledge of Assamese.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other computer applications.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
