Available Positions

1. NMHS Survey Coordinator

Number of Posts: 1

Essential Qualification:

• Master of Public Health / Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development or related areas
• MSc in Mental Health Nursing or equivalent

Desirable Experience:

• One year of field survey experience related to mental health
• Experience in state-level projects/programs
• Ability to liaise with multiple organizations at the state/national level
• Skills in planning and conducting research/survey training programs
• Fluency in local languages and dialects
• Experience in health-related field data collection
• Ability to plan and coordinate field-based surveys
• Salary: Rs. 55,000/- per month (excluding local travel expenses)

Responsibilities:

• Data collection in the field
• Weekly planning for field data collection
• Daily monitoring of data collection and survey activities
• Supervising field activities and liaising with local authorities
• Ensuring daily data backup and report preparation
• Data checking/editing for completeness
• Nature of Work: Extensive travel to survey sites; supervising and monitoring survey progress; liaising with local coordinators
• Maximum Age Limit: 40-45 years
• Duration: Initial appointment for 2 months, extendable based on performance

2. NMHS Survey Field Data Collector

Number of Posts: 7

Essential Qualification:

• Masters in Psychology / Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development or related areas
• BSc Nursing with 2 years of experience (hospital or community-based)

Desirable Experience:

• Experience in state-level projects/programs
• Ability to liaise with multiple organizations at the state/national level
• Fluency in local languages and dialects
• Experience in health-related field data collection
• Salary: Rs. 45,000/- per month (excluding local travel expenses)

Responsibilities:

• Planning for field data collection and liaising with local authorities
• Data collection in the field as per the plan
• Ensuring daily data backup and report preparation
• Maintaining records as per specified formats
• Nature of Work: Extensive travel to survey sites; monitoring survey progress; supervising field activities
• Maximum Age Limit: 40-45 years
• Duration: Initial appointment for 2 months, extendable based on performance
