What is STET?
STET, also known as the State Teacher Eligibility Test, is an annual examination conducted by the Education Department of Sikkim. It serves as a qualifying criterion for individuals aspiring to be appointed as Primary Teachers for Classes I to V or Elementary (Graduate) Teachers for Classes VI to VIII.

Exam Structure
- Objective-type questions (MCQs) without negative marking.
- Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes.
Papers include Child Development, Pedagogy, Languages I and II, Mathematics, Environmental Studies (Paper I), and specific subjects for Paper II.

1. Visit the Official Website: Access the STET-2024 portal at www.tet.sikkim.gov.in to initiate your application process.
