TSCB 2024 Eligibility:
- Candidates eligible for the Cooperative Internship must possess:
- MBA or equivalent in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management.
- Permanent Resident of Tripura Certificate (PRTC).
- Proficiency in computer operations.
Internship Details
- Remuneration and Benefits
- Selected interns will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 25,000 and can avail of 10 days of Casual Leave annually.
- Other leaves will be treated as “Leave without remuneration”. Interns will observe bank holidays applicable to employees.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interns will be responsible for:
- Guiding PACS and LAMPS in implementing Ministry of Cooperation initiatives.
- Providing solutions to operational challenges through digitalization, project planning, and financial facilitation.
- Compiling weekly status reports on initiative implementations.
