Eligibility Qualification:
1. Program Manager (Procurement)
Qualifications:
You need a full-time postgraduate degree in Management or Commerce.
Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in procurement, particularly with externally funded projects.
- You should be highly proficient in English—both spoken and written.
Skills:
- Computer Skills: Excellent at MS Office.
- Language Skills: Strong command of English writing and speaking.
- Other Knowledge: Understanding government systems, development policies, and specifically, Tripura’s development priorities would be a big plus.
Desirable Experience:
- Experience with World Bank-funded projects and working with government systems or donor-funded projects would really strengthen your application.
2. Associate Program Manager (Procurement)
Qualifications:
A full-time postgraduate degree in Management or Commerce.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in procurement procedures, whether in government or private sectors. You must also be a Tripura resident.
- High proficiency in English is again a must.
Skills:
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Language Skills: Excellent English writing and speaking.
- Other Knowledge: Like the Program Manager role, knowledge of government systems and Tripura’s priorities will help.
Desirable Experience:
- Working with World Bank projects and government systems is ideal.
