The Government of Tripura is seeking applications for the positions of Multi Purpose Worker (Male) and Multi Purpose Worker (Female) under the Health & Family Welfare Department. Here’s what you need to know.
The Government of Tripura’s Health & Family Welfare Department is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Multi Purpose Worker (MPW). This role is vital for supporting public health initiatives and providing essential services within the community.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Age Limit: 18 to 40 years
- Relaxation: 5 years for ST/SC/PwDs(PH)/Government servants
2. Educational Qualification:
- H.S. (+2 stage) or equivalent from a recognized Board
- Training in ANM/Multi-Purpose Worker course (minimum 2 years, including internship) from a recognized institution
- Registered with Tripura Nursing Council or Tripura State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board
- Knowledge of Bengali or Kokborak is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Health Services: Assist in providing basic health services and support to local populations.
- Community Engagement: Work with community members to promote health and well-being.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records, report on health activities, and manage health-related data.
Selection Process:
