Eligibility:
Deputy Chief Legal Aid Defence Counsel
Qualifications:
- At least 7 years of practice in criminal law
- Excellent understanding and communication skills
- Experience in handling at least 20 criminal trials in Sessions Courts
- Proficiency in IT and legal research
Assistant Legal Aid Defence Counsel
Qualifications:
- 0 to 3 years of practice in criminal law
- Good communication skills and understanding of ethical duties
- Strong writing and research skills
- Proficiency in IT
Office Assistant / Clerk
Qualifications:
- Graduation
- Basic computer skills and typing speed
- Ability to prepare files and maintain records
Office Peon
Qualifications:
- Minimum Class VIII pass
