Eligibility:

Administrative Officer:

Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Autonomous Organizations/Statutory bodies/Public Sector are eligible.

Candidates must:

Hold an analogous post regularly in their parent cadre/department, OR
Have 4 years’ service in Level 08 of the Pay Matrix, OR
Have 5 years’ service in Level 07 of the Pay Matrix, and
Be a graduate of a recognized university with at least five years’ experience in establishment and administrative work, preferably in a hospital or medical institution.

Accounts Officer

Officers of the Central Government/State Governments/Union Territories/Autonomous Organizations/Statutory bodies/Public Sector are eligible.

Candidates must:

Hold an analogous post regularly in their parent cadre/department, OR
Have 4 years’ service in Level 08 of the Pay Matrix, OR
Have 5 years’ service in Level 07 of the Pay Matrix, and
Have passed the Subordinate Accounts Service examination.

Documents Required:

Educational Certificates: Self-attested copies of certificates and mark sheets.
Experience Certificates: Self-attested copies of relevant experience certificates.
Service Records: Up-to-date Confidential Reports (CRs/APARs) for the last five years.
Integrity, Vigilance Clearance, and No Penalty Certificates: Obtain these from your controlling authority.
No Objection Certificate (NOC): Obtain this from your controlling authority.
Other Relevant Documents: Any other documents mentioned in the job notice (e.g., appointment letter, proof of pay level).
