Consultant (Academic)

Skills: You should know your way around pedagogy, teaching methods, and curriculum development.
Consultant (HR)

Experience: You’ll need at least 5 years of experience in the government sector.
What Will You Be Doing?
- If you’re chosen as a Consultant (Academic), you’ll be working on curriculum development, training teachers, and analyzing student performance. Your goal will be to enhance the educational experience for tribal students, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.
- On the other hand, as a Consultant (HR), you’ll focus on administrative tasks like handling salaries, travel allowances, and other HR-related duties. Your work will ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, making it easier for the organization to focus on its mission.
What’s the Catch?
It’s not all rainbows and sunshine, though. There are a few things to keep in mind:
- Contractual Basis: This is a one-year contract, and there’s no guarantee of renewal or a permanent position.
- No Extra Perks: You won’t get additional benefits like travel allowances or medical reimbursements.
- Work Hours: You’ll be working the same hours as regular government employees, and there’s no extra pay for working overtime.
