Eligibility Criteria:
High-Performance Manager
Eligibility:
- Education: Master’s in Sports/Physical Education (MSI/PhD/MBA) with 10 years of research experience.
- Alternate Qualifications: Eminent Indian players with 5 years of sports management experience or notable coaches with 10 years in sports management/research.
Head Coach (Boxing & Weightlifting)
Eligibility:
- Education: Coaching diploma from SAI/NSNIS or equivalent, with experience in representing India in major events (Olympics, World Cup). Certification from relevant federations is required.
- Experience: At least 10 years of coaching, notable achievements like Dronacharya/Arjuna awards, or experience with senior/junior Indian teams.
Young Professional
Eligibility:
- Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree with a Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Management, with at least 50% marks.
- Experience: Graduate with 3 years of relevant experience. Preference for candidates with international representation or advanced qualifications in Sports Management.
