DC Office Sonitpur 2024 Vacancy:

Name Of Post	Educational Qualification
Junior Assistant (Grade-III)	Must have passed Bachelors Degree from any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce) from any recognized university. Must have a minimum 6 (Six) months Diploma in Computer Application.
Multi Tasking Staff(Grade-IV)	Must have passed Class VIII from any recognized institute. Applicant must be registered in Employment Exchange.

• Age proof (birth certificate/HSLC Admit etc)
• Proof of Educational Qualification — Highest Examination Passed Certificate.
• All mark sheets from HSLC onward (only for Grade-111)

DC Office Sonitpur 2024 Selection Criteria:

Selection for Grade-III Post:

Part-I –

Written Examination (150 marks) will include the following sections:
i) General English – 50 Marks,
ii) General Knowledge – 50 Marks (covering History, Geography, and Culture of Assam),
iii) Arithmetic – 50 Marks.
Candidates belonging to the unreserved category need to score at least 50% to qualify, while those from reserved categories need a minimum of 40% to qualify.

Part II –

Computer Test (50 marks) will be conducted:

• Candidates, four times the number of vacancies in each category, will be called based on their scores in Part I.
• To pass this test, candidates must score a minimum of 20 marks.
• Candidates scoring below 20 marks will not be considered for the final selection.
• Preference will be given to candidates with prior experience and residents.

Selection for Grade-IV  Post:

•  A  written Test worth 50 Marks will be conducted, comprising 30 Marks for Assamese language proficiency and 20 Marks for General Knowledge (including History, Geography, and Culture of Assam).
• Preference will again be given to experienced individuals and residents.
