Eligibility:

1. Registrar

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee university administration and ensure the effective functioning of the university’s operations.
  2. Manage and supervise academic and administrative staff.
  3. Act as a key decision-maker in university policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • At least 15 years of experience as an Assistant Professor or higher, with significant involvement in academic administration.
  • Alternatively, 15 years of administrative experience with 8 years as a Deputy Registrar or equivalent.

Desired Attributes:

  • A Ph.D. degree and familiarity with university administration and management systems.
  • Experience in financial and human resource management.

2. Deputy Controller of Examinations

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage examination processes and ensure adherence to academic standards.
  2. Oversee the preparation, conduct, and evaluation of examinations.
  3. Handle administrative tasks related to examinations and assessments.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade.
  • Nine years of experience in an academic or administrative capacity, or five years of administrative experience as an Assistant Registrar or similar role.

Desired Attributes:

  • Experience in educational administration and examination management.
  • Proficiency in computer applications relevant to office management.
