Eligibility Criteria:
Citizenship: The candidate must be an Indian citizen as defined in Articles 5 to 8 of the Constitution of India and must be a permanent resident of Assam, proficient in Assamese.
Domicile Proof: Candidates must upload a valid Permanent Resident Certificate issued in Assam for educational purposes/Employment Exchange Registration Certificate.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts, Science, or Commerce from a recognized university with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates).
- Proficiency in computer applications with a minimum 3-month diploma/certificate.
