High Court Of Sikkim Recruitment 2024 Qualification:

Eligibility:
Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India. However, individuals who have married someone with a living spouse or who are themselves married with a living spouse and have entered into another marriage are not eligible for appointment as officers or staff of the High Court.
Age: The candidate must be at least 18 years old as of January 1st of the recruitment year, i.e., 01.01.2024, and must not exceed 40 years of age on the final day of submission of the Application Form.
In-service employees of the High Court are eligible for a relaxation of up to 5 years in the upper age limit for positions filled through direct recruitment.
Selection Process:
The selection process for the vacant post will proceed as follows:
- Written Examination: Candidates will first undergo a written examination. Only those who secure 40% or more in the written examination will be eligible to proceed to the next stage, which is the Interview/viva voce.
- Interview/Viva-voce: Candidates who qualify in the written examination will appear for the Interview/viva-voce.
- Final Selection: The final selection will be based on the combined marks obtained by the candidates in both the Written Examination and Interview/viva voce.
- Merit List: A merit list will be prepared based on the overall performance of the candidates. This list will be uploaded on the official website of the High Court of Sikkim and also displayed on the Notice Boards of the High Court of Sikkim.
